IT Business Analyst  

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role within the Systems Development Team of the IT department, to develop and implement software solutions and processes across the company. You will work with multiple teams (including Software Development, Business Intelligence, Management, and more) to ensure that the company’s technical processes are efficient and effective.

In this role, you will be working directly with managers across all departments to understand team needs, team priorities, and ensure alignment with all projects. As such, the right candidate will be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable about software best practices and management, excited to collaborate, and focused on efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that project requirements are correctly specified
• Design a user interface that is intuitive, helpful, and logical
• Coordinates projects and acceptance tests for client users
• Drive the project forward (i.e. creating a timeline, managing the schedule, communicating with all stakeholders)

The role can later lead to a higher position where you will identify areas of improvement across technical practices and processes

• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and upbeat personality;
• Experience with user interface and is exposed to user projects;
• Ability to understand and communicate software concepts;
• Willing to learn;
• Ability or experience working with multiple stakeholders who have multiple priorities;
• Willing to give and receive feedback regularly;
