- Supervise the administrative and operational activities of warehouse department particularly:
- Inventory and warehousing support for the warehouse personnel and the company;
- Operations:
- Personnel Management
- Inventory Management
- Upholding above-industry warehousing standards
- Oversee/supervise efficient and effective work performance of the department staff; as well as effective warehouse operational procedures;
- Recommend/Coordinate enhancements/improvements/etc. for warehouse operational procedures and guidelines;
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of all reportorial requirements from warehouse staff;
- Ensure that distribution centers, other departments concerned are provided with timely and accurate information on their organization, and/or inventory status;
- Coordinates deliveries, purchase orders including materials/collateral required;
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
