Overview
First Philec was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2004 to serve as an intermediate holding company for all manufacturing investments of its parent company, FPH.
FPH is one of the Philippines’ largest conglomerates with businesses in power generation, power distribution, real estate, and construction. It belongs to the group of companies under Lopez Holdings Corporation (LHC), the listed flagship of the Lopez Group of Companies. First Philec was mandated by its parent to grow manufacturing into one of the core businesses of FPH.
