- Prepares and recommends operating procedures and guidelines for FAMI and the Mutual Funds pertaining to a new system or policy.
- Recommends changes or revision to existing operating manuals of FAMI and the Mutual Funds to ensure actual processes or procedures are in conformity with the internal and external (as issued by the various regulators) policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensures zero findings of Internal Auditors relative to FAMI and the Mutual Funds operating manuals vis-a-vis actual procedures and processes.
- Maintains complete and up-to-date records of all the operating manuals of FAMI and the Mutual Funds.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time in the exigency of the service.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
- At least two (2) years of work-related experience.
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- Technical Writing
- Finance
- Investment
- Corporate Governance
- Other related policies by regulators
- Analytical skills.
- Above average in communication skills both verbal and written.
- Above average listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
