Scope of work

• Design learning frameworks, that are well aligned with the organization's objectives
• Embrace different styles of training techniques, and design/source learning programs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Design/source workshops and classroom training
• Design/source and deliver e-learning courses
• Assess the success and consistently review it.

Requirements

• Proven experience of delivering successful programs in skill-based learning, customer service, collections, and credit verification
• A real passion for training and development
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Excellent command of the English lanuage, especially grammar.
