Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts research, evaluation, system monitoring, problem analysis and generates appropriate reports, letters, manuals that are necessary
- Conducts implementation support for major ICT projects by providing the necessary infrastructure requirements
- Facilitates the management and monitoring of IT-related service requests
- Performs contract management of ongoing maintenance contracts and services (i.e. of contract service levels, deliverables)
- Provides, modifies, removes rights for users to access resources or services and verifies identity and entitlement (ITUA)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any course related to computer studies (e.g. BS IT, BS Computer Science, etc.)
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Minimum one (1) year IT-related experience in any of the following:
- AIX/Unix experience.AIX/Unix experience.
- Managing and monitoring IT systems
- IT project management and implementation
- IT auditing and compliance
- With training certificates:
- o Virtualized environments (e.g. Citrix, HyperV etc.),
- o Various server operating systems (Windows, Unix, etc),
- o Storage and SAN environments (e.g. EMC, IBM, etc), and
- o Lotus Notes environments (e.g. Lotus Notes, Domino, Designer etc)
- Willing to work in Malate Manila
- Willing to work as Project Based (with HMO, Insurance, Allowance -- effective upon hiring)
