Planning and Design Associate  

The Planning and Design Associate is primarily responsible for:

1. Design and Plan Review

• Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects
• Design projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations

2. Project Planning and Coordination

• Conduct meeting and coordinate with consultants and other departments essential to the project to clarify and resolve issues and concerns
• Conduct regular follow-ups and status meetings with concerned departments

3. On-site Implementation

• Advise contractors on the interpretation of plans and recommend changes as needed
• Monitor project schedule, conduct periodic site inspection and punch listing before project turn-over to ensure quality of work and compliance with the approved design drawing

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect and/or Post Graduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 1-3years or more of related work experiences in the hospitality industry, mixed use development and/or high-end real estate development
