Visa Case Officer  

This role is suitable for someone who is hard working and enjoys occasional diversity, as their daily job may change without notice and as required. We are looking for a person who is reliable and who can contribute enthusiastically to essential office life, and administration support.

Your main and daily duties include, but are not limited to:

Documentation

• Manage verification documentation and prepare necessary documents;
• Oversee accuracy and promptness of required documents from clients;
• Manage documentation regarding technical tasks;
• Ensure those entitled to have access to documents on a server, for example, can access the documents as needed;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines;
• Respond to all written correspondence via email in a timely and professional manner;
• Complete all required data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and in a timely manner; and,
• The ability to work independently and to be accountable.

Customer Service

• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Communicate with and maintain relationships with clients via telephone responding to their documentation and appointment inquiries; and,
• Resolving any issues in a timely manner.
