Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee a team of junior and senior officers.
- Resolve complaints/customer issues.
- Supervise and assist in training.
- Assess the quality of telephone handling skills of customer service and provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and advice to agent’s performance, to ensure agents are adequately skilled to meet team objectives.
- Hold briefing sessions to ensure agents are aware of the quality objectives of the department.
- To effectively carry out and handle bomb threat calls according to existing procedures in the event of being faced with such scenarios.
- To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as a member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
- With 2 years experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a Call Center/BPO industry handling a Travel or Reservation account
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused, team orientation, people management skills, results oriented
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Experience in providing direct coaching and mentoring to a team of staff
- Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and working on Public Holiday
- Willing to work in Newport City, Pasay
