General Manager  

We're seeking a General Manager to assist in managing the operations and expansion of our restaurants.

The General Manager will oversee all restaurants of Faburrito Food Group Inc, including Faburrito The Columns, Faburrito Eastwood, Faburrito Stopover – and the newly opened Posporo in Century City Mall, Makati.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, managing, and keeping store managers accountable
• Conducts regular field work with the store managers regularly
• Creating processes and ensuring they are being followed
• Setting and helping to achieve goals set for the stores
• Monitors weekly stock inventories
• Maintains and implements standards of quality in all food and beverage service operations
• Train Team Members to achieve excellent quality of customer service
• Helping our team grow both personally and professionally
• Monitors Over-all expenses per branch and assured that actual expenses should not exceed with the allocated budget.
• Develops operational procedures for unit
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Knowledgeable in PnL and people management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment
• Attention to detail, dependable, demonstrates a high degree of integrity and reliability
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
