DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Receives actual deliveries/transfers for FIC Warehouse; provides a copy of PEZA-stamped Supplier Delivery Receipt(s)/ Import Documents/Gate Pass from affiliates to FEII Impex for the updating and submission Monitoring Liquidation Report to PEZA.
• Prepares Receiving Report (RR) of all supplier deliveries/transfers for the day (with original invoices/ import documents/ receipts attached) and submits the report to the Materials Management Department.
• Coordinates with the Operations Department the item specifications and release of Imported and Locally Purchased goods scheduled for delivery for the day.
• Coordinates with FEII Impex, who is in-charge in the processing of Farm-out Permits (PEZA Form 8106), the delivery schedules of goods to be bought out of zone.
• Coordinates and endorses Gate Pass issuance with FEII Accounting for items subject for transfer.
• Releases actual items for delivery upon presentation of original Delivery Receipt.
• Releases actual items for transfer upon presentation of original Gate Pass.
• Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.
• Prepares monthly report of Goods available in the storage area.
• Monitors status of items subject for return.
• Reports to the Material Management Head for any discrepancies in the transaction or disruption in the standard process flow.

• At least with Technical / Vocational Degree / Certificate
• With at least a year of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and can work under minimum supervision
• Can work under pressure and on extended hours
• Knowledge in the use of Forklift is an advantage
• Willing to be deployed to offsite deliveries, if need arises
• Must be organize and can work with minimum supervision
• Should maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
