Basic Function: The Master Data Accounting Associate II position is accountable for maintenance of different financial master data elements and close and reconciliation tracking.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Processes request for creation, changes, deletion and blocking of finance master data elements - Vendor, Customer, Profit and Cost Center, General Ledger and Bank Directory.
- Updates data mapping file and mapping tables in SAP and excel.
- Prepares reports requested by stakeholders.
- Provides supporting documents as required for internal audit.
- Creates monthly reconciliation tracker.
- Maintains and sends daily close and reconciliation dashboard.
- Attends to stakeholder inquiries.
- Creates and updates process flowcharts and desktop documentation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 1 to 2 years of job related experience is required for this position.
- Candidates must have background in Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. Intermediate Excel knowledge required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Willing to work on night shift
- Willing to work in Taguig.
