- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers' issues are resolved.
- Understand the concept of "solution delivered" on first contact.
- Assist and provide solutions for the customers' questions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Working knowledge of computers and the internet.
- Average to good communication skills.
- At least 25 words-per-minute typing speed.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
