  • Attend structured training sessions.
  • Work with mentor to become proficient in Training.
  • Become certified in training curriculum and facilitate sales and service training classes.
  • Complete routine administrative tasks.
  • Become familiar with company and client's policies/ guidelines.
  • Learn & demonstrate understanding of key indicators.
  • Become familiar with and interact with all departments.
  • Observe Trainers and conduct day to day duties related to position.
  • Become proficient with technical skills.
  • Remain current with sales skills and product knowledge.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Minimum of 6 months tenure or 1 year experience in call center operations and/or prior experience in customer service/sales; training experience in a service industry preferred.
  • Experience handling a US Telco account is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient personal computer skills includin
