- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Must possess excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and the internet; can type 30 wpm.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on shifts particularly night shift.
