Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing periodic customer aging reports, other reports and other hoc tasks.
- Gather supporting documents, review and prepare invoices for external customers, send invoices
- Review AR invoices and post in the system, Post adjustment (if any).
- Regularly review and update of advance/ regular billings to reflect actual quantity.
- Preparation of financial statements, compilation and analysis of financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts
- Broad Functional experience in areas of accounting, internal auditing, reconciliation of bank statements, identification and resolution of discrepancies if any, and the preparation of necessary adjustment
- Demonstrated ability in financial reporting and in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial reports.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Excellent oral, written and persuasive communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effectively relate with people.
