Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Encodes data from source documents to various books of account (Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipts, Sales, Purchases, Journal)
- Maintain chart of accounts; general ledger
- Prepare cash flow statement
- Bank reconciliation
- Generates Monthly Financial Statements
- Prepares various tax returns (Income Tax, Witholding Tax, VAT)
- Processing of payments for BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig
- Verifies GL accounts with abnormal/unusual balances and resolves abnormalities
- Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
- Interfaces with other departments to verify activities and report data.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Make entries, maintain, update, file unrestricted accounting documents.
- Performs other accounting duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications especially Excel (formulas, basic PIVOT table), Word and Powerpoint.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy, meticulous and with keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Trustworthy, highly-organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethics and good interpersonal skills.
- Can work under pressure.
