Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Build an active database of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, external centers of influence, client referrals, and marketing sources
- Propose applicable fee per client and per position
- Appropriately close new business, documenting won/lost opportunities and reasons for all clients
- Provide advice to clients, building a strategic and personal relationship with key client decision makers
- Responsible for the timely account management and information circulation during the search projects in order to exceed client expectations
- Responsible for the collection of the payments due to the company
- In charge of proposing and organizing marketing events and public relations strategies
- Responsible for the selection and organization of external events such as Job Fairs and ensure the exposure of the company
- Propose and develop internal process flows covering operations, recruitment, business development and marketing
- Report progress on a timely manner to Executive/Management Committees
- Prepare and propose Sales budget and forecast
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related course
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development in the recruitment industry
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English and Filipino
- With excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Existing network is preferred
- Good selling and closing skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in looking for prospective clients
- Capable of developing and proposing strategies
- Results-oriented
- With a service-oriented trait, capable of anticipating and accommodating clients’ needs
- Proficient in MS Office programs
