Project Manager | Creative Branding  

• Manages projects/campaigns from planning to execution while ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Prepares budget estimate for client approval and ensure it is met at every stage of the project
• Monitors and tracks progress using appropriate tools and techniques
• Effectively collaborates and coordinates with internal departments and team members to ensure projects are completed on time
• Consistently meets project milestones by ensuring that risks are properly identified and resolved
• Maintains harmonious client relationship throughout the course of the project
• Establishes and maintains harmonious relationships with third parties/ external vendors
• Monitors and reports project status updates to management and escalate issues as needed
• Provides a positive working environment for the team by building rapport among its members and keeping high levels of enthusiasm
• Conducts post-project review to assess success of the project
• Ensures the quality and timeliness of delivery from the team and timeliness of feedback from the client
• Regularly updates the Finance Officer every Project Completion
• Keeps track of the Project Load of the Team and manage the timings of each project deliverables and revisions
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Qualification Guidelines

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Marketing related field. Project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position at a creative agency/ related setting or 3 to 5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing/ PR/ Creatives
• Business understanding: Knowledge of current industry trends, brand marketing strategies and basic marketing principles

Skills:

• Proficiency in project scoping, project planning, timeline creation and resource management
• Excellent time management and process implementation skills
• Exceptional oral and written English communication skills
• Sound independent judgment and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and manage the team/client to complete the project efficiently and effectively
• Has a good sense for numbers and figures
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and other project management tools
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines
• Ability to foster strong working relationships internally (company employees) and externally (vendors, partners and clients)
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution and big-picture, strategic thinking
