Product Manager  

• Defines and oversees staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the team to achieve their targets.
• Defines process that drive desired outcomes
• Manages the team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
• Drives Product Management team to deliver strategies and roadmap that leads product analysis to derive rationalized/priority product listing
• Develops and implements the product and marketing plans with other fuctional groups.
• Coordinates with Bus. Dev't. group in selection, assessment and development of new products.
• Coordinates with internal groups to define the policies and procedures manual for each of the products handled.
• Ensures product profitability of all products/services being handled to negotiates with suppliers/manufacturers in the preparation and processing of contracts, renewals, pricing.
• Prepares, finalizes and conducts product forecasts approved.
• Ensures inventory is within agreed/acceptable levels.
• Ensures timely submission of product performance analysis/adhoc analysis/reports as per committed frequency or timelines below with bi-weekly product performance review.
• Conducts the following:
  • QBR and Monthly reports.
  • Performs competitive reports once a month
  • Adhoc Analysis based on the agreed timeline.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Engineering graduate is a plus.
• 1 - 2 years working experience on Product Management and/or Data Analytics
• Strong presentation skills.
• Computer literate.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
