Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage the Civil Works Service Team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Manages and coordinates weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions.
- Supports Civil Works Service Team in their service meetings at project sites.
- Develops and executes strategies and expansion plans for the civil Works Service Team.
- Conducts performance evaluation
- Finalizes and executes plans.
- Project leads one of the Business Development Tracks.
- Excel in the delivery of Civil Works for existing projects:
- Ensures horizontal and vertical growth projects and acquires new ones
- Complies information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Manages customer expectations and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensure achievement of targets and goals. a. Manages daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed details. b. Crafts and implements mitigating actions on risks and threats. c. Work closely with Sales and Support functional groups to establish successful initiatives for the projects.
- Conduct training for staff and customers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international Quality and Safety Standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage their expectations and concerns.
- Other responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must posses Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering degree
- Passed Licensure Exams as Civil Engineer
- With at least 3 years working experience in Construction and Civil Engineering related activities
- Computer Literate
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; with Project Management Skills
