Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in evaluating investment areas through the conduct of due diligence activities, inclding pre-feasibility studies.
- Perform financial modeling for projects and other business oppurtunities which will be identified and prioritized.
- Assist in establishing appropriate business models and the potential partnership arrangements for power project/s that will be pursued by the company.
- Assist in establishing bases and assumptions for business valuation, analysis and priortization.
- Perform industry gatekeeping activities relating to developments in the national and global power industry.
- Conduct environment scanning, especially on matters relating to financial, economic, commercial and legal/regulatory issues pertinent to the national and global power industry.
- Perform other functions as may be required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Withf familiarity on financial modelling and knowledge on basic finance and accounting principles
- With at least three (3) years relevant experience
- Diligent and attentive to details to details
