Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plan and schedule construction work and work crew.
- Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
- Ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy. Evaluate current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
- Plan and prepare production schedules process systems.
- Draw up master / discipline schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet client forecasted master schedule.
- Update client through client accepted/ sponsored software.
- Analyze production specifications and construction data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule.
- Plan and schedule workflow for each craft and operation according to previously established client sequences and lead times.
- Plan sequence of operations for guidance of construction workers.
- Do a planner/scheduler that confers with the client and company management to determine status of projects.
- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Prepare production reports and lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably Civil Enginner or any related course
- MUST be fully proficient with either MS Project or Primavera
- Proficient with MS office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce and track a budget and understand financial statements create and communicate alignment sheets.
- Ability to accurately communicate ideas, instructions, questions, problems, and solutions.
- Full time
- Salary Range: 35,000-45,000
