Successful candidates will be deployed in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Identify, document, and correct unsafe site conditions in coordination with site operations management.
- Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained.
- Establish a full program of documented health & safety inspections, audits, and checklist
- Establish a structured program of health & safety training throughout the Company.
- Conduct work area surveillance, audits, inspections, property damage, and personal injury investigations.
- Accompany all safety, management, and insurance inspectors on walk-through tours.
- Provide regular reports to the Human Resources Manager, Board of Directors/Senior Management Team on relevant health and safety activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years recent and relevant experience as a Safety Officer 4 in the construction industry is required
- Confidential in all matters
- Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
