Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Understand the equations, calculations, and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CADD drawing.
- Obtain sketches or specifications from an architect, engineer, or other designers, and translate them into detailed CADD drawings that can be used as the basis for a construction project.
- Create finished designs for a project, working primarily from the specifications and other inputs of lead designers.
- Revise drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects.
- Review engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans.
- Ensure designs meet required safety, civil and structural standards.
- Generate solid and surface CADD models using Autodesk Revit software.
- Develop presentations utilizing 3-dimensional using Autodesk 3D Max software.
- Complete designs and layouts for complete systems and components of a project.
- Perform layouts and designs of complex systems and equipment applicable to the respective discipline.
- Ensure compliance with required specifications, tolerances, safety factors, and client requirements.
- Understand and apply commonly used company design standards and methods.
- Collaborate with civil and structural designers to ensure the quality of design.
- Design and prepare As-built and revising mark-ups of MEPF assemblies.
- Take responsibility for defined tasks within prescribed limits.
- Ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing/Sanitary Engineering
- Ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems.
- In-depth knowledge on the detailing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, and fire protection designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and giving presentations.
- More than 5 years of experience in CADD operating work for mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, and fire protection designs.
