- Procures materials for the construction site/s
- Interacts with the construction site and Project Admin
- Analyzes cost, negotiates contract details and offers strategies and solutions to help companies better manage costs on supplies and vendor services.
- Negotiates terms with suppliers such as price, quality goods, deadlines, and expectations
- Works with vendors to place orders for the products and raw materials that a business need
- Prepares Purchase Orders (PO) by verifying specifications and price
- Collates Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies
- Assures that product is delivered on schedule at the negotiated price and meets the quality standards of the company
- Deals with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods
- Maintains and updates paper and computerized purchasing records
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and other related/equivalent courses
- 3 years of proven work experience in Procurement from a Civil/Construction Industry is required
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
