Assistant Training Coordinator

• Assist in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of tasks and accomplishment of deliverables with regard to Training and Procedures, Developmental Exercises, and Project Support Travels;
• Assist in making sure the compliance with the documentation and reportorial requirements assigned to the Training and Conference Coordinator, most especially those in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL);
• Assist in preparing documentation for nominations to seminars and conferences, and coordinate attendees and travel preparations;
• Perform all travel-related activities including the purchase of tickets, make hotel and transportation reservations, payment of per diem allowance among others;
• Perform all training-related activities including the preparation of training references, materials and supplies, and coordination on schedule, participants and training locations;
• Keep and compile reports and other documents of travels and trainings;
• Perform other relevant duties as may deem necessary.

• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
