Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Saturate and close solar accounts who could benefit from ESEI Solar products in designated area/s, and customer segment/s.
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Establishing new accounts, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements and persuading clients that ESEI solar products and services will best satisfy their needs
- After-sales support services
- Preparing Sales reports for head office
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Co-ordinating sales projects
- Support marketing department by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating on how ESEI solar products will meet client needs
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and operations.
- Undertakes related and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): proficient in MS Office, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills,and presentation and negotiation skills
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Analytical and time-management skills
