Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Numbering of Cost Estimate and encoding it to Cost Estimate Monitoring.
- Receiving and routing of Request for Advertising Agreement to signatories and to Legal.
- Receiving of Advertising Contracts from Legal and route Sales Head for signature and to Account Managers.
- Receiving and routing of Graphics Request. Then receiving of materials for proofing including artwork template which will be returned to Account Manager.
- Checking all received Sales Booking Forms and its attachments. Then routing to signatories and submitting to concerned departments.
- Formulation of Project Code for sales bookings.
- Updating of Sales Support interaction board.
- Receiving of billing invoices from Finance.
- Receiving and routing of COCs (Certificate of Completion)/COGWCs (Certificate of Good Working Condition) from Quality Assurance.
- Filing of records/contracts.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years Vocational Course
- Experience in documentation and filing
- Competency level in the use of MS Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
