Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Actively manage and follow up all project documentations from Team. Ensuring all hard and soft copy project documentation is well organized
- Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical specialists to plan, develop, author, edit, format, illustrate, update, and publish technical and other documentation for internal and external use
- Strong analytical in user documentation throughout the implementation of business process and IT solutions
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Have good communication skill, team player attitude willingness to learn, and fast adaptation to dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of Information Technology and Software Development
- Knowledge in UML Diagram and able to visualize business process in Diagram
- Have good communication , Interpersonal skill, and English Proficient (written and oral)
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of user manual documents
