CDM’s Account Executive is responsible for selling digital marketing and business courses to acquired leads. As an account executive, you will be responsible for nurturing assigned leads to be converted into a student.
You are expected to build relationships with your current leads to eventually upgrade to a more extensive program or a corporate client. The position will require you to prospect new leads through social networking, on ground activation, and other marketing efforts.
We, at CDM, think that an Account Executive must be a natural business hunter with a strategic and consultative approach. They exude passion for learning & development. Ultimately, our goal is to help people evolve in the ever-changing digital world
What you’ll do:
- Be comfortable meeting or even exceeding company targets.
- Submit day to day, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics.
- Look for constant coaching opportunities to improve business quotient and digital capability.
- New biz hunting and repeat business opportunities through phone calls, physical sessions, on ground activations.
- Leverage referrals from current students.
- Be active in marketing demand generation through industry partners like IMMAP, PANA, MSAP, and other partners.
- Quick to learn and improve the sales process.
- Share sales reports on time.
- Manage opportunity pipeline.
- Cascade and tag qualified/unqualified leads.
- Warm-hot-dead accounts constantly.
- Manage time to strategize current set of leads.
- Analyze lead profile.
- Engage high probability accounts.
- Maximize leads coming from other teams, students, and partners.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What we need from you:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude/open to learning digital marketing and other innovation concepts.
- Perceptive eye for customer and account profiling.
- Start-up mindset: creative, problem-solving, and proactive in a fast changing environment.
- Highly collaborative: can work with multiple teams specifically, accounting, product, and community.
- Natural closer: Hungry for revenues; can build rapport with prospective and current customers over the phone and through online platforms.
- Some Customer Service or Sales Experience is preferred.
- Can work on a Saturday.
