The administrative assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. S/he will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Human Resources
- Assist in every step of the recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding new employees which include collection and application of TIN, SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
- Assist in other HR functions like team-building, training, personal development plans, and other HR initiatives
Administrative Support
- Maintain tracker and employee database including electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist HR & AdminManager and Chief Operating Officer in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist HR & Admin Manager in office management
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, data entry and copying of documents.
- Help in maintaining office workplace clean and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any business related course
- Maximum of one-year work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledgeable office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
