Account Manager | International Account  

• Manage existing client base of foreign & internationally-oriented schools (SHS, Colleges, tech-voc schools, etc.).
• Uncover needs and determine, in consultation with the client, the best solutions for each account based on a customer needs analysis.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities by best matching customer’s goals and unique scenarios to the Edukasyon.ph Study Abroad services.
• Own the new customer onboarding process (profile page set up and configuration, page usage training, and customer marketing planning).
• Periodically review customer product usage and develop and execute appropriate efforts to drive use.
• Work with Junior Digital Marketing Specialist in planning the marketing campaigns for all clients.
• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Regularly update clients on product improvements and features.
• Prepare weekly account management report and recommendation.
• Support clients during Edukasyon.ph educational events and fairs.
• Manage local coordination and communication for existing clients.
• Occasionally coordinate and participate in events, meetings, and conferences.
• Report and coordinate with the Product Team on website bugs.
• Develop a toolkit to educate clients on the Philippines market for international education and Edukasyon.ph users.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of any program
• Approximately 1-2 years of account management experience
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Driven, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, work well independently, willing to learn
• Flexible working hours depending on clients’ time zone
