Creative

• Oversee and lead the creative teams through a thorough understanding of the idea and direction, and how to implement across all creative materials.
• Enhance the creative team’s conceptualization skills and guide them in translating to different executions

Management

• Lead and manage the creative team in brainstorming for themes, managing workload, editing, and clearing the blog, quizzes, and articles.
• Build a strong bench of creative talents and identify 1-2 high potential creatives who can take senior roles in the near future
• Determine the right operational team structure and process to accommodate the volume of creative work required by internal functions and external client partners
• Manage creative production budget together with Creative Producer to ensure that cost is within plan without sacrificing creative production values
• Manage and supervise the list of freelancers working with the creative teams.
• Ensure quality, speed, and efficiency with outsourced suppliers.
• With at least 3yrs experience doing UI/UX work for websites and other tech products
• Has designed and/or launched a tech product

• At least 6-7 years of experience working in the advertising industry as a copywriter or art director
• Has worked with both multinational and local brands in delivering creative campaigns
• Has experience working with production houses and third party suppliers in the execution of creative ideas from traditional and digital formats
• Must have strong communication skills and has presented directly to clients, overseeing work from conceptualization to execution
• Design tech products, UI/UX needs, and other creative requirements of the website and future tech products
