Business Analyst  

The Business Analyst (BA) is a highly impactful role under the Office of the CEO. The BIA will work directly under the chief of staff to collect data from within the company, produce key insight from analyses, improve processes, and help manage change within the organization. The role is highly strategic requiring a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as skills in analytics and execution.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assist the chief of staff in providing strategic advice to the CEO and management committee
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay on top of the competition
• Identify business opportunities for the company to pursue, and work with different internal and external stakeholders to tackle said opportunity
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the business’ operations and processes
• Propose and execute relevant solutions derived from analyses, working with different stakeholders within the company to implement said solutions
• Assist with grant and award applications, as well as reviewing articles and press releases

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or any related field
• At least 1 year’s working experience is preferred
• Exceptional analysis and structured thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and keen eye for grammar and consistency of language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google programs
• Ability to multitask and handle stress
• Can work efficiently even under pressure and strict deadlines
• Positive work ethic despite flexible working hours
• Willingness to learn
