Credit and Collection Representative  

• Weekly/Monthly Collection Reports
• Weekly/monthly posting and checking of OR entries
• Monitoring of receivables
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation for various cash accounts.
• Prepares monthly balance sheet analysis for AR (accounts receivable) trade and AR non-trade accounts including inter-company receivable.
• Reviews and posts daily and weekly collections to respective customer ledger.
• Assists employees that require immediate supervisory (coaching, walk through etc.) support.
• Handles ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned by the manager.
• Debit/Credit notes (Internal and External)
• Posting of Invoice Entry
• Monitoring of OR Booklets

A Sr. Credit and Collection Staff is accountable for managing all aspects of a portfolio which include collection activities necessary to reduce AR aging, DSO and mitigate risk for the company. This requires good written and verbal communication skills and applicable accounting, reconciliation, analytical and collection skills necessary to achieve the company and department objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance; CPA preferred
• Computer literate
• Customer service experience an advantage
• Can handle general accounting work
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• At least 5 years relevant work experience
• Exposure to AR or AP module of any accounting software or ERP
