- Drafts daily business emails and other correspondence
- Answer incoming calls clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone
- Organizing and maintaining call logs and office files in a neat and tidy manner
- Data confidentiality a priority
Trình độ tối thiểu
- An upbeat and can-do attitude
- Candidates must possess at least a College Degree
- Possesses good command of the English language, both written and oral
- At least 1 year of working experience as an executive assistant
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in transmitting verbal commands
- Skilled in dealing diplomatically with people under stressful conditions
- Knowledge and skills with telephone systems and other mobile phone applications, a plus
- Ability to maintain office files neatly
- Good listening skills to obtain accurate, complete information
- Ability to retain information and communicate the same with accuracy to the intended person
- Ability to work well with Microsoft Word and Excel encoding to encode details such as but not limited to: expenses and purchases
- Must be able to work during Saturdays and holidays (if needed)
