Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Managing the overall Echostone operation by reinforcing standards, recommending strategies, and guiding the team to their optimum preformance to ensure that all goals are met
- Engage in on-going communication with the account and business partners, acting as quality liaison to resolve outstanding quality issues , provide audit follow-up, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with the company's quality system
- Serve as liaison of the company to various government agencies especially PAG-IBIG FUND
- Plans, develops, & implements strategies for the operational management & development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budget & timescale
- Hire & train new employees as needed
- Perfome various tasks as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, any field;
- With a minimum of 5yeras experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Computer Literate (proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Cover letter and complete resume is required upon application;
- Required language: English
