HR Specialist  

Training Administration and Delivery

• Handle logistics of internal Trainings/Workshops whether standard of ad hoc (i.e. New Employees’ Orientation, Service Strategy, ManCom Stratplan, Kick-off Event, etc.);
• Facilitate New Employees’ Orientation and other training programs as needed;
• Redesign and/or enhance existing Training Modules as assigned.

Supplier Sourcing and Partnership

• Continuously source service providers, consultants and suppliers related to organizational interventions;
• Maintain healthy relationships with training providers, consultants, suppliers and other external partners

Administration

• Process and monitor Flight Booking Requests and Metro Manila accommodations;
• Update training reports;
• File training related cash advances, reimbursements and liquidations;
• Manage HR Petty Cash (replenishment requests and expense monitoring)
• In-charge of HR Supplies request to AFM Department.

• Graduate of any Social Science or Business course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• One to two relevant work experience is an advantage
• Has basic presentation and facilitation skills;
• With working knowledge of core training methods and activities
• Comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels of the organization;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Has basic knowledge in the use of graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop and Movie Maker;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
