- Establish a proper control environment and review existing process with the objective to enhance or streamline
- Identify and analyze root-cause of recurring issues and provide effective permanent resolution
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and support business process initiatives
- Conduct regular coaching and mentoring, evaluate individual team performance and effectiveness
- Ensure proper set-up of system and procedural processes that can detect possible financial and operational risk
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or any Business Administration course
- With 5-7 years experience working in retail or financial industry; minimum 3 years in Supervisory or Managerial position
- Has good understanding of transaction processing ideally gained from branch banking operations
- Has knowledge on AMLA documentary requirements review
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, and proficient in MS Excel
- Willing to work during weekends (half day), extended hours or during holidays (as business requires)
