Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash fund for Head Office and Plant
- Check releasing and safekeeping
- Cash collection from employees excess in cash advanc and Respond to suppliers queries’ related to checks
- Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments
- Prepare daily reports and Reporting of banking transactions
- Examines completeness of required documents
- Execute and prepares check vouchers, bank reconciliations
- Regularly replenish funds to ensure availability to meet the needs of the company.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, SAP Proficiency,
- Knowledgeable in treasury operation and Accounting Standards
- Has working experience in Treasury
