Cement Production Supervisor  

Functional KRA's:

• Daily Production Volume
  • Understands process of Cement Grinding. Confident and well verse in the process optimization basing from clinker and cement product analysis as reference in increasing output. Well verse in troubleshooting in the event of the occurrence of incident during the course of operation. With wide understanding in the Process Parameters of Cement Milling.
• Power Consumption
  • Understand well the relationship of the milling perimeter units and practically aware of Mill Throughput Optimization
• Equipment Reliability
  • Manage to implement PMS/SPS production activities with material, personnel and equipment consideration & preparation prior to executions.
• Product Quality
  • Reviews all equipment control parameter that can influence attainment of good quality product.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Exposure in cement or steel manufacturing is a plus
• Must be willing to be assigned in San Ildefonso, Bulacan (with free board and lodging)
