Sales Supervisor  

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for empowering the team to be more productive by directing, managing and motivating Sales team. It is his responsibility to identify, develop and achieve sales targets by adhering to marketing objectives, strategies, plans and programs in accordance with the organization’s goals to meet the Company’s mission and vision.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Managing Sales Staff

• Directs, manages and motivates Sales team members in order to achieve sales targets individually and collectively.
• Develops strategies for selling of products and designs tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
• Coordinates training needs of sales team

Coordinating Sales Activities

• Oversee sales activities aimed in increasing sales
• Ensures sufficient stocks of products and its correct prices.

Analyzing Sales Reports

• Prepares sales reports and analyzes data to better understand sales trends and present recommendations to Management

Building Customer Relationships

• Addresses customer complaints related to products and services
• Provides quick solutions to any concerns that may arise during sales transaction

• Graduate of any Business or Marketing courses
• With at least 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant manner
• Collaborative, Open, Creative and with Customer-centric mindset!
