Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in dispatching deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery concerns
- Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
- Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate.
- Ensure proper documentation of issued Sales Invoices by encoding
- Handle petty cash remittance and documentation for Logistics expenses
- Brief drivers and porters before dispatching
- Facilitate daily huddles with drivers and porters before dispatching
- Performs other related work that may be assigned
Schedule:
- Night shift (12am to 8am) Mondays to Saturdays
Learning Opportunities:
- You will have an opportunity to learn the end to end process of logistics
- You will have an opportunity to build network with external trucking companies
- You will develop proficiency on Quickbooks
- You wll learn about the Frozen Food Industry
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Fresh Graduate of any course or has a few years of working experience
- Has strong organizational skills
- Calm, Structured, detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable
- Highly motivated, self-driven, disciplined, and assertive
- Fast learner
- Having knowledge about trucks, truck maintenance, and traffic rules is a plus.
