Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Job Description
- Receives, verifies and encodes expense requests and reports
- Reviews petty cash vouchers and its supporting documents
- Reviews check vouchers and its supporting documents
- Ensures that Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation is up to date
- Maintains a list of credit memo and coordinates with other departments on its availability
- Manages petty cash system documentation by encoding, monitoring, reviewing, filing and ensuring completeness of petty cash vouchers requests on a daily basis
- Manages USD Payables file
- Prepares and reconciles foreign currency denominated vouchers and payables by reviewing and analyzing supporting documents
- Updates and maintains vendor database
- Receives and records vendor payments by recording cash, check, and online payment transactions
- Reviews any discrepancies by checking vendor accounts, bills, invoices, receipts, and records on a daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed basis
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
Job Specifications:
- College graduate of Accountancy or related course
- With at least 1 year experience in Accounting
- Proficient with MS Office applications specifically Excel spreadsheets
