Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
This position will be act as second in charge in HR assisting HR Manager. The three main responsibility of this job are recruitment for experienced level, HR business partner and basic organisation development.
- Recruitment – Responsible with Recruitment and Selection for DNX Indonesia limited to Head Office and South Area. In charge in thus process and responsible to conduct the process with effective and efficient. The job holder required to have good analytical thinking to understand user expectation related with job needed and have good communication to do coordination with user and candidates. The job holder also have capability achieve recruitment target under very short date still able to achive others priority.
- HR Business Partner - Assist organisation to make sure HR system well implemented to support business goal. By this means also maintaining happiness level of employees and organisations with capability to handle employee relation, company policy and basic organisational development. On this responsibility, job holder have to have very good sense the potential issues and understand the customer expectations. By that, the job holder expected to be able to see big picture of the case and can provide it comprehensively to organisation. For basic organisation development, the expectation more about assists doing job analysis and job evaluation in order to make sure the organisation structure following the proper architecture.

Job Profile :
- Education: Minimum S1, much preferable in Psychology or Law Major
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experiences in an HR role
- English Proficiency

- Ability to grasp and understand Indonesian Employment Law and its principles and concepts.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines.
- Basic Leadership ability to guide HR Administrator and lead the HR Process
Technical :
- Depth understanding of Manpower Regulation
- Good Business Writing and Communication Skills
- Highly Competence in Recruitment
