Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Process requirements for new employees based on standard procedure.
- Preparation of appointment letters and contracts (including extension, regularization, notice of end of contract, promotions, salary adjustment, etc.)
- Maintain and update 201 Files.
- Process evaluation of employees on the 4th month of their probationary period.
- Process monthly remittances for SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
- Process ID and ATM applications of new employees.
- Assist with payroll and verification of call slips.
- Perform other duties that may be deemed necessary.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent;
- At least 1-year working experience in Human Resources;
- With experience in compensation and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig);
- With experience in timekeeping and preferably in payroll;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm;
- Willing to render overtime if necessary.
