Recruitment Officer  

What will you do as a Recruitment Officer?

• Effectively and efficiently fill open positions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source potential candidates via online job portals, graduate lists, newspaper postings, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Man job fairs in Universities and other venues.
• Conduct pre-screening, background check, and initial interviews.
• File 201 documents.
• Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.

• At least a Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Recruitment.
• Extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in headhunting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Willing to render overtime if needed.
• Willing to engage in fieldwork (job fairs).
• Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Highly organized.
