Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintains company’s entire infrastructure which includes, but not limited to, servers, computers, fax machines, mobile phones, PAPX OPBX
- Does basic troubleshooting on the workstation telephony, desktops and other peripherals found at the workstation.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
- and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Provides accurate reports regarding the assets, inventory and logs of each day’s activities and ensures weekly and monthly reports are submitted to clients on a timely manner.
- Maintains and updates the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) of each account assigned.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

- Bachelor's Degree is any Computer, Architecture or Engineering course;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Tech-savvy
- Logical thinker and good in data analysis
