JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the entire store operation, running the shifts and strictly implements the Rules and Regulation of the company.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest/Customer Service

• Prepares area of assignment prior to store opening. Read endorsement Log Book, do Travel path in all working stations .
• Conducts Shift Huddle, scheduling shift/work assignments to ensure efficient service at all times.
• Train and supervise crew/staff so they are fully equipped with selling skills and will delight the guest/customers.
• Attends to guests/customers needs and sees to it that guests/customers are given prompt, fast and efficient service.

Stocks/Product

• Ensure the Stocks PAR Level/ product availability.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly product consumption/Forecasting.
• Sees to it that all stocks storages are cleaned and well arranged .
• Conducts Daily and Monthly Inventory.

Marketing Collaterals

• Sees to it that marketing materials are properly displayed and well positioned.
• Shares the accountability of losses or damaged of all marketing materials.
• Acknowledges the importance of Attract, Engage and Connect (AEC) Marketing Principle

Administrative

• Monitors the posting and attendance of employees; in coordination of HR-DTR in charge, adjusts the work schedules of concerned employees in his/her section (day off, duty rest day, meal breaks, shifting, etc.) to cope with the requirements for efficient operations.
• Recommends to the Area Managers the disciplinary measures deemed necessary for erring employees (such as written warnings, penalty memo, suspension and dismissal) to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Ensures the consistent compliance of employees to company rules and regulations, standards, policies and procedures to ensure high level of performance.
• Maintains discipline and uplifts the morale of personnel supervised.
• Evaluates employee performance; discusses the results of the evaluations with the concerned employee and recommends areas for improvement; recommends approval of employees for promotion, transfer, etc.; instills discipline by use of verbal warnings, reprimands and counseling.
• Reports to the Area Manager for the following:
• Overtime and hiring of seasonal or replacement of personnel as needed.
• Disciplinary Action for erring employees
• Clearance processing and other promo personnel concerns
• Ensures that Employees are well groomed and wears proper uniform.
• Performs other tasks to maximize their work presence according to store needs.

• Graduate of Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management
• has the ability to carry out effective customer service
• Has the aptitude for management and marketing strategies
• Goal-oriented, can work well under pressure
• Highly obtained management skills and leadership skills
• Flexible and willing to work longer hours/overtimes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Willing to be assigned in Digos
